A recent renovation included a new floor-to-ceiling fireplace, new flooring throughout, new furniture, all new interior doors and other upgrades. There is a SONOS theater surround system for TV and music. What was a great home is now even better!

Stay for at least a week and there is usually a discount for most stays. Rates apply to a maximum of six guests, and a small nightly fee is charged for each additional guest up to the maximum occupancy.

This private home has all the personal touches to make your stay enjoyable. Property manger lives near by so any maintenance issues or problems are taken care of promptly.

A two car garage, private hot tub and new fireplace provide convenience and luxury to make your winter vacation memorable.

The upper level has a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.

There are three additional bedrooms on the main level, including one with a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has both a queen and twin bed that share a hall bathroom.

There is a bonus space off the master bedroom that can be used as a fifth sleeping room that has a double bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes, equipment and spices you need. Three restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop are also within walking distance, and many more are a short drive away. Grocery shopping, including a Whole Foods store, is minutes away.

Also convenient to shopping and entertainment, and to the Park City ski resorts. 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake and 20 minutes to the airport.

Right before your stay we send you detailed info that includes a local masseuse that will come right to our ski home. We also provide restaurant recommendations in the house manual. We have skied Utah for over 40 years, so we can answer most of your questions and provide you with information so you can make the most of your ski vacation.

24 hour entry/access is provided through an electronic key pad at both the front door and the garage.. You will be given the access code prior to your arrival. This listing is the entire house, including a two-car garage.

We have a local property manager who lives close by who is available for information or to take care of any issues.

Our home is in a quiet peaceful setting. A great place to relax after a day on the slopes. You will be within walking distance to the ski bus stops to Alta/Snowbird and Solitude/Brighton as well as to food and drink and a ski shop. 5 min to grocery stores.

We are situated within 5 minutes to freeway access that will take you in any direction that your travels may take you. 25 min to Salt Lake International airport. Very navigable location!
